RAPID RESPONSE 24/7
When you have an emergency, you don’t want to wait.
With Ameridry, YOU WON’T HAVE TO WAIT!
If you find mold, this is a sign of ongoing water intrusion, which may be doing additional hidden damage to your home. We can help fix that water intrusion issue, remediate the mold, verify that your air quality is safe, and then put everything back together – like it never happened.
Once you make the call to Ameridry, a mold specialist will make an appointment to view your property. Not only will we assess the scope of the issue and existing damage, but because mold growth is a result of a moisture issue in your home, we will help determine the source of that moisture as well. Depending on what we find, we may work with you to bring in an independent third-party testing company to verify and assess the scope of the issue.
Your mold specialist will then explain to you exactly what needs to be done to safely and fully remediate your mold issue and will prepare a complete estimate of the work to be performed.
Ameridry is a state licensed mold remediation company and we are accustomed to working with homeowners who are both insured and uninsured for the work that needs to be completed. We will work with you to determine if your insurance will cover your mold remediation work, and if so, we will coordinate with them every step of the way.
If your insurance will not cover the remediation process for any reason, we will work with you to determine the most cost-effective solution to fix your mold problem.
Once we begin the mold remediation process, our main goal is the safety of everyone in your home. We will set up a containment area to isolate the mold and to prevent it from spreading to unaffected areas during our remediation.
During remediation, various types of equipment may be used. An “air scrubber” will be running throughout the entire process, cleaning the air in your home by removing harmful air borne spores and other particulates. Another vital piece of equipment used is a “HEPA vacuum.” Our mold technicians will vacuum all affected areas before cleaning the mold, and will vacuum throughout the process, plus a final time after cleaning is completed. In addition, we will clean all affected surfaces using natural and approved antimicrobial cleaners to effectively eliminate contamination.
After remediation has been completed, a final inspection will be performed to ensure that the microbial contamination has been effectively removed. This may include a third-party verification as well.
Finally, if the remediation process required removal of materials that were affected by mold and that cannot be saved, we will restore your home to normal, like it never happened.
In addition to being a licensed and insured General Contractor, Ameridry employs a full team of contractors that can handle all of your restoration needs. From framing, drywall repair, painting, flooring, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC on the interior to siding, roofing, grading and concrete work on the exterior, Ameridry can handle any and all of your restoration needs.
